Having problems downloading or viewing our PDFs?
Please try the following:

PC Users: To download PDF documents for viewing off line, right click with your mouse and select "Save target as" and choose the location you want to save the file to (such as your desktop).

When the download is complete, simply double click the downloaded PDF file to open it in Adobe Acrobat.

MAC Users: Click and hold the button of your mouse or press the Control key while clicking once and select "Download Link to Disk" or "Save this Link as.." and choose the location you want to save the file to (such as your desktop).

When the download is complete, simply double click the downloaded PDF file to open it in Adobe Acrobat.
